The purpose is to organize group trainings on Rouvy platform. Participants undertake to run with Smart trainers and without tampering the setup data (as weight …).

Riders are accepted if have an average power/weight lower than 4 W/kg avg (a 15 % more is occasionally accepted).

Trainings are organized twice a week, Wednesday and Saturday (sometime and/or Sunday). The workouts will be scheduled at two different times to allow you to ride together in different time zones.
